Missing Persons Investigator
Jack Locarni was in charge of the Phoenix Police Departments Missing Persons Detail and has received commendations from the Department of Justice, National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and numerous other entities for his help in locating missing adults and children.Since his retirement from the Phoenix Police Department in 1993, he has located hundreds of missing adults and children.
If someone does not want to be found the methods of locating them become much more complex. These include:
- National database searches.
- State Motor Vehicle Department Records
- Public Records including Social Media.
- Contact with neighbors, friends and past employers.
On the other hand, if the individual is not hiding, they could be located with a simple data-base search.
